Influence

My biggest influences as a bass player:

Tony Levin His playing has always impressed me, even before I became a bass player in my younger years as a Peter Gabriel fan. His site has just about everything you could want to know about him. And I can't believe I don't have a picture with him since we've met several times now.

Mike Visceglia & Ryan

Mike Visceglia - most notably plays bass with Suzanne Vega. His website has great articles written by him about everything from his session work and touring with Suzanne Vega.

Victor Wooten - he is the reason I made the switch to bass from guitar. Need I say more.

One of the best things I like about being a bass player is that all the players I look up to are generally accessable. Bass players are generally not in the spotlight and often go unnoticed by the general audience.
